One World Trade Center

One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. Built on the site of the 9/11 attack, the building is a symbol of hope for the people of New York City.

Woolworth Building

This early American skyscraper was designed in the neo-Gothic style by architect Cass Gilbert. At 792 feet, it was the tallest building in the world when completed in 1913.

The Skytree

The second tallest structure in the world after the Burj Khalifa, the Tokyo Skytree reached its full height of 2,080 feet in 2011. It is a broadcasting, restaurant, and observation tower.

Sagrada Familia

Also known as the Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família, this Roman Catholic church is a masterpiece of the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi. The church is still in construction.

Griffith Observatory

This observatory sits on the south-facing slope of Mount Hollywood in Griffith Park, Los Angeles. Due to its location, it gives splendid views of the Hollywood Sign, the Pacific Ocean, and the skyscrapers of Los Angeles.

Haohan Qiao Bridge

Also called the Brave Men’s Bridge, the Haohan Qiao is a glass walkway suspended nearly 590 feet above a sheer drop. The 300-meter-long walkway has a glass bottom, allowing visitors to see the jaw-dropping view below their feet.

Burj Khalifa

The tallest structure in the world, the Burj Khalifa is 2,716.5 feet tall. Earlier called Burj Dubai, it was renamed as Burj Khalifa in honor of Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the ruler of Abu Dhabi and the president of UAE.
