Koenigsegg Automotive AB, a Swedish car manufacturing company, unveiled the Gemera in March 2020. This car, unlike many, is a four-passenger supercar. This is an important upgrade since most vehicles in this category are all about speed and performance; comfort and cargo space are not given priority. However, the Gemera is designed to offer the best of both worlds. Its exterior is that of a hypersport vehicle, but the interior has been completely redesigned to offer the comfort of a sedan. The car is also one of the first in the line of hypersport vehicles with a smaller modified engine. The 2.0L 3-cylinder engine is capable of running on second-generation CO2 neutral renewable fuels. This modification reduces the car’s carbon footprint significantly. The main engine is connected to three additional electric motors that generate 1677 Horsepower, which makes it capable of launching it from 0-60 in 1.9 seconds. So, how much does a supercar four-seater hybrid cost, you ask? As of 2021, the Koenigsegg Gemera is estimated to cost approximately $1.9 million.
