The actress was the second person to ever have her hands over an asset as spectacular as this emerald necklace after the late Elizabeth Taylor. The star bought the exquisite jewelry at the Christie’s auction held in 2012.

Madonna Joyce Silverstein/Shutterstock

Madonna

It’s not surprising to see Madonna go all out, especially at a red carpet affair. And the 1991 Oscars were no different. We saw Madonna styled like Marilyn Monroe in a white Bob Mackie gown accompanied by some dazzling Harry Winston accessories. Knowing Madonna, it wouldn’t just stop at a diamond necklace and dangling earrings. No, no! She also wore diamond cuffs. That night Madonna wore jewels worth $20 million and performed on “Sooner or Later.” Fun fact: Madonna tossed her earring to the audience during the performance. Thankfully, she was wearing fake jewels, and the Harry Winston team was later informed about it. Naturally, nobody would take up the liability of jewels that cost a fortune!

Salma Hayek Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock

The star chose a dazzling gown by Gucci for the 2018 Academy Awards, and we aren’t surprised given her investments in luxurious properties and assets. She chose to go all out with her dangling Harry Winston diamond earrings, which are valued at $4.2 million

She rounded off the look with diamond studs, and honestly, it needed just that. The total cost of her jewelry rounded up to $15.8 million. It comes as no surprise that Theron always looks ravishing at every event, but this Dior gown, paired with Harry Winston jewels, is a look we cannot get over. If only we could afford the jewelry loan-free!

Halle Berry Jim Smeal/BEI/Shutterstock

The Monster’s Ball star accepted an Oscar for her performance in said movie in 2002. She already looked like a winner in her Elie Saab gown that was accessorized with Harry Winston jewelry. The ring on her pinky finger has a 5.54-carat orange diamond purchased by Harry Winston himself for over $1.3 million. We’re guessing more than that was invested by Halle Berry for the ring.

We loved the all-emerald gems against Jolie’s Elie Saab black gown at the 2009 Academy Awards. It kicked off a trend! The Lorraine Schwartz ear drops were likely valued at $2.5 million, and the emerald rock on her finger was worth $1 million, rounding off with a total of $3.5 million worth of jewels. This doesn’t take us by surprise at all, given her financial investments.
