October is going to be an eventful month for the streaming service, as it will be welcoming many smashing new TV series and movies. Check them out here! As we get closer to October, Netflix has slowly started to roll out the shows, movies, and documentaries it set aside for the month. While Netflix Originals are obviously on everyone’s radar, there’s a lot more that the streaming service has to offer. Some of them have been in the works for years and others are regarded as classics. So, let’s stay in and watch some of the best TV shows and movies on Netflix this October.

Soon enough, things take an ugly turn as people suddenly start disappearing.

It’s been more than six years since David Fincher gave us Gone Girl. The movie was truly magnificent and a testament to Fincher’s storytelling ability. Now, the 58-year-old is set to woo us again with Mank, a biographical drama that explains how screenwriter Herman J. Mankiewicz went about compiling his famed work Citizen Kane. Gary Oldman plays the lead role.
