Death is inevitable. But when a death is sudden, it can be really shocking, especially if it is a celebrity you admire. Here are some deaths we can’t get over. As fans, we feel deeply connected with celebrities we love. So, when tragedy takes away their lives, it's only natural to be affected, too. The tragic news of Glee actor Naya Rivera passing away left many fans and celebrities teary-eyed. Her four-year-old son was found alone on a boat in Lake Piru on July 8. And, after a six-day search, Naya Rivera's body was discovered. When tragedies, such as this one, strike, it is hard to accept reality. Here are some tragic celebrity deaths we cannot forget.

NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves’ player Eddie Griffin passed away in an unfortunate car crash, too. At around 1:30 am on August 17, 2007, he ignored the warning of a railcar approaching and passed through the barrier. This resulted in Griffith’s SUV going up in flames, as the railcar was carrying plastic granules. His body was burnt, and he had to be identified by his dental records.

American boxer Diego Corrales passed away in a major accident in Las Vegas. In 2007, he took off on a motorcycle and tried to speed past a car to overtake it. Lee was shot with a prop gun, which, unfortunately, with lethal force tore Lee’s abdomen and wounded his internal organs. Sadly, even 28 liters of blood transfusions couldn’t save him, owing to extreme internal bleeding.

The untimely demise of these two Major League Baseball pitchers still saddens us. In 1993, in a lake in Florida, their boat hit a dock that was jutting outwards. Olin breathed his last breath on the spot, while Tim Crews was taken to the hospital. Sadly, Crews couldn't survive the injuries either. Bobby Ojeda, who was also on the boat, luckily survived the accident.
